I offer outdoor training in Walkington and I also have a safe private gym environment in Walkington, near Beverley with CV machines, weights and boxing equipment. I am fully insured for Personal Training and Group Exercise with UK Coaching.

When you contact me to arrange personal training, we will have an informal consultation so that I can understand your needs and aspirations. We can then set achievable goals to work towards and complete your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before starting any fitness programme. It should feel positive and motivating to get started as I am here to support you and put you at ease.

No two bodies are the same and each client I work with has different goals and motivations. Understanding those will help me to tailor your sessions and build in progressions to ensure we are working towards improved health and fitness. I would never ask a client to do something that I cannot do myself and ensuring you are carrying out the exercises safely and with proper technique will give you the confidence to include these in your workouts independently. My aim is to empower you to achieve results, and to give you ideas to help keep you stimulated and enjoying exercise for years to come.
